CAN I BUY A 1-DAY PASS?

We only have 2-day pass available.
We do not sell 1-day pass.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON BEHALF
OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

Yes of course! Each person is allowed to purchase a maximum of FOUR (4) tickets.
Please have each individual’s email and phone number ready for registration.

is there an age restriction
to attend this event?

The minimum age requirement to enter this event is 12 years old.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

what is
“first-buy-first-ENTRY”?

Every person who has successfully purchased their ticket will received an email with a sequence number that will also act as the queue number for the line to enter the event grounds. We will admit 500 people for each category at each time. For eg. if your e-ticket number is 4L-0250, this means that you will be among the first batch of people to enter into the event grounds.

where can i get a queue no. to enter the stadium?

Entry into the event grounds will be carried out on a staggered time basis, similar to our ticket purchase system. This ‘queue number’ can be found on your e-ticket sequence number. We will permit 500 people (E-ticket no. 0001 - 0500 ) from each category to enter into the event grounds, followed by the next 500 people, and so on.

what payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via VISA, Mastercard, debit/credit card, bank transfer (FPX) and Grab PayLater.

ONCE I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENT, WHAT'S NEXT?

Check your inbox for the ticket confirmation email. Ensure that you provide the correct email address during checkout. Keep this email safe until the day of the event to collect your wristband.

Can i share a ticket with a friend?

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared or split between two separate individuals.

what can i do with my wristband?

Your wristband gives you entry into the event grounds. Your wristband is also an e-wallet that can be used to make cashless payments. Do refrain from bringing excess cash to the event.

can i remove my wristband?

Your wristband must be worn throughout the 2 days and cannot be removed or tampered with.

what happens if i lose or damage my wristband?

Keep your wristband safe at all times. Should you lose your wristband or damage it, you will not be allowed entry into the event grounds and will be required to re-purchase a full-priced ticket.
